"This is my ninth year teaching at Little Gate! It is the best place to teach. The children are so much fun and the faculty is amazing to work with. Outside of school, I enjoy doing embroidery work and adventures with my husband, Jason and three children Jason (9), Henry (6) and Elise (4), they keep me on my toes!

"This will be my 10th year at Little Gate. I love working as a three year old teacher and enjoy the company of all of my co-workers. In my free time I enjoy watching my 12 year old twins, John and Elizabeth play soccer, taking our chocolate lab Brownie on walks, and traveling with my husband and children. We especially enjoy going to the beach!

Aqua Elephants

The Aqua Elephants are finishing up our Robot Project! We finished by building individual robots out of shoe boxes. The children drew pictures prior to constructing them, then we spray painted the boxes silver or copper, and to finish them off the children added fun gadgets to them to make each one unique. When everyone was done, we told the story of our robots. Each one had distinct jobs and traits. This was an amazing project! As we became inventors of our own robots, we also learned about various inventions such as the record player and the telephone. We are now beginning to explore clay and the children seem to be quite excited!
