Fabulous Fish

The Fish had such a great time exploring with lights and learning about Mardi Gras colors that we are going to continue with this until the Mardi Gras holidays!
Some of our favorite things so far are the water beads, drawing with markers on the light table, building with clear legos on the light table and our sensory jars that each have different materials in them to look at!
We plan on doing lots more fun activities....using dot markers on the light table, making a Mardi Gras collage, painting with purple, green and gold, dancing to some fun Mardi Gras tunes, putting our feet in a bucket full of water beads and reading some New Orleans theme books. They love pointing to the fleur de lis and saying, "Who Dat" or "Saints", so we decided to decorate our door with the fleur de lis! They love them!
