The Firefly class was treated to chocolate shakes, french fries, and of course truburgers as they attended their art hanging on Saturday. The children created "Hamburger Collages" after exploring a unit on Restaurants and Cooking. The Fireflies also participated in a cooking lesson with Chef Via on how to prepare a truburger (and of course taste one too)! This experience was the inspiration for the canvases the children created using various cut-outs representing the parts of a hamburger.
