With the cold weather upon us, Little Gaters have begun to have many discussions about Winter. What changes does the Winter season bring? What are some things we may wear in the Winter? What are some things we eat in the Winter? What are some things we may see in the Winter? With that in mind, the Seahorses have filled their manipulative table with white "snow" and branches for the children to explore. They have had such a great time scooping it up and sprinkling it on the branches that the teachers decided to extend the activity with glue. From this exploration their Winter Branch was born.
